We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Because each product is personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or personalization errors caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
