DMCA Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to support@memoovia.com (subject: "DMCA") that includes:

• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL of the material you claim is infringing
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

Processing

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected party. We maintain a policy of terminating repeat infringers.
