Intellectual Property Claim

Memoovia respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged infringement.

Submitting a Claim

If you believe content on our store infringes your copyright or trademark, email support.memoovia@gmail.com with the subject "IP Claim" and include:

• Your contact information
• A description of the work or mark you own
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent

Our Response

We review every valid claim and will remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate. Repeat infringers may be banned.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
